Individual Coachingย

In Their Words

"My work with Arin has been genuinely transformative. From our very first session, she was able to synthesize patterns from different aspects of my life and share insights that other healers and experts had not been able to see or articulate. She offered practical solutions that I could implement in real time, which made an immediate difference."

Coaching with Dr. Arin N. Reeves

Coaching provides the structured space to step back, assess clearly, and recalibrate intentionally. Working directly with Dr. Arin N. Reeves, you will examine what is getting in the way and what must shift so that clarity, steadiness, and grounded leadership are no longer built on diminishing reserves.

This is not performance optimization for its own sake. It is a deliberate process rooted in the Academy's research-informed framework, designed to meet you where you are and align with the depth of recalibration you are ready to undertake.

To the right, you will find our key coaching categories โ€” while each reflects a distinct area of focus, they are not fixed boundaries and can be mixed and matched to fit your specific needs. The pathways below speak to duration, frequency, and investment.

All coaching engagements are led personally by Dr. Arin N. Reeves and typically held in 60-minute sessions. Engagement length and pacing are intentionally designed and may be adjusted based on individual needs and timelines.

Individual 60-minute sessions are available at $500 per session. If cost is a concern or if you'd like to learn more before purchasing, please contact Elyse at elyse@nextions.com.

Business Development Strategies Tailored for Women (And Most Men)

Women continue to trail their male counterparts in making it to the very top leadership positions in professional service firms. Research demonstrates that the ability to develop business is a greater obstacle for women's success than any other reason. Through original research, Dr. Reeves illustrates how women often are more successful in certain aspects of business development (networking, establishing relationships, delivering excellence in client service), but firms primarily reward closing the sale and getting the credit for the sale. Dr. Reeves explains why most women fall prey to this flawed traditional business development approach and offers a series of alternative approaches that professional women, as well as the firms in which they work, should use instead.

Smarter Than a Lie

Winning Against Liars Without Losing Your Mind

While most of us live by the same moral code, we aren't armed with the tools to deal with the liars who do not. Our brains are hardwired to make it more likely we will believe liars, and fall prey to manipulators through truth bias, trust bias, and authority bias. In this book, nationally-recognized workplace researcher Dr. Arin N. Reeves delves into the world of liars, the lies they tell, and the ways in which each of us can be smarter than the lies we encounter, especially in professional environments and public spaces. Smarter Than A Lie will help you understand why liars lie, why their lies are effective, and the most effective strategies to counteract liars and overcome their lies.

Ethical Influence Under Pressure

Choosing Integrity to Create Change that Endures

Most books about influence assume ideal conditions. This one begins where real life begins: under pressure. Through vivid case studies and a practical framework, Dr. Reeves shows how ethical influence works across cognitive, emotional, social, and structural layers โ€” and why change fails when those layers fall out of alignment. For leaders, advocates, and anyone trying to move people and systems without abandoning truth, dignity, or justice, this book offers a powerful guide to creating change that endures.
